Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Minsence and sign in.
2. Tap the gear icon at the top right to open Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm with Delete for good.

Your account and data are deleted right away.

Without the app

Email support@minsence.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm that the request comes from you and delete your account and data within 30 days. We will reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• your account and sign-in;
• your profile, including your name and birth data;
• all your dreams and their interpretations;
• your usage counts and the record of your consent;
• answers you reported.

Companion conversations are never stored on our servers, so there is nothing to delete.

What is kept

• Copies that our AI provider Google keeps to detect abuse are deleted automatically within 55 days.
• Our server logs contain no IP address or content and are overwritten automatically.
• If you emailed us, we keep that correspondence, including your deletion request, for up to 12 months as proof that we handled it.
• If you subscribed to our newsletter, that subscription is separate. Unsubscribe with the link in any newsletter, or ask us at contact@minsence.com.
• If you had a paid subscription, Google Play keeps its purchase records under its own policies. Cancel the subscription in Google Play, deleting your account does not cancel it.
